Concierge Connections LA provides professionally written and custom-designed dating resumes and related consultation services.
We do not:
Guarantee romantic matches
Act as a matchmaking agency (unless explicitly stated)
Guarantee specific outcomes
Results vary based on individual circumstances.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By using our services, you represent that:
All information provided is truthful and accurate
You have the right to submit any photos or content provided
4. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full prior to final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits may be non-refundable.
Custom services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Because services are personalized and digital in nature, refunds are generally not provided once drafting begins.
5. Revisions Policy
We provide 2 rounds of revisions per package.
Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Submit requested materials in a timely manner
Review drafts promptly
Delays in providing materials may delay project completion.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, branding, text, designs) is owned by Concierge Connections LA and protected by U.S. copyright law.
Clients receive a personal-use license for final materials.
Resale, redistribution, or commercial reproduction is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential. However, clients acknowledge that electronic communication carries inherent risks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Concierge Connections LA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of use of services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concierge Connections LA from any claims arising from:
False information you provide
Misuse of materials
Violation of these Terms
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved through:
Informal negotiation
Binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California
You waive the right to participate in class actions.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
